설 연휴 기간 아이돌픽 서비스 이용 및 고객센터 운영 관련하여 안내드립니다.

설 연휴 기간에도 아이돌픽의 모든 기능과 투표 등은 평소와 다름없이 이용하실 수 있습니다.
다만, 연휴 기간 SNS 채널 업로드 및 고객센터 업무는 잠시 쉬어갑니다. 연휴 기간 접수된 문의 사항은 2월 19일(목)부터 순차 답변 및 처리될 예정입니다.

- 연휴 기간 : 2월 16일(월) ~ 2월 18일(수)
(※2월 14일(금) 오후 4시 모든 아이돌픽 업무가 마감됩니다.)
- 연휴 기간 등록된 문의 건은 2월 19일(목)부터 순차 답변됩니다.
- 매주 월요일 업로드 되던 모든 콘텐츠(투표 결과 등)는 2월 19일(목)부터 순차 업로드 됩니다.
- 연휴 기간 투표는 정상적으로 진행됩니다.
- 연휴 기간에도 기념일 리워드는 일정에 따라 진행됩니다.

[Notice] 2026 Lunar New Year Holiday(Feb 16 – Feb 18)

Thank you for using idolpick.
We would like to inform you about our service operations and customer support during the Lunar New Year holiday period.

While all idolpick features, including voting and content browsing, will remain fully operational 24/7 during the holiday, our SNS updates and customer support will be temporarily suspended. Please refer to the details below:

- Holiday Period : Feb 16(Mon) ~ Feb 18(Wed), 2026
(※ All administrative operations will conclude on Feb 14(Fri) at 4:00 PM KST.)
- Customer Support : Inquiries received during the holiday will be processed sequentially starting Feb 19(Thu).
- Content Updates : Weekly content(including voting results) usually uploaded on Mondays will be posted sequentially from Feb 19(Thu).
- Voting : All voting systems will operate normally throughout the holiday.
- Anniversary-related rewards will be processed as scheduled without interruption.
